TZP explains the origin of their list as, "Out of the thousands of male names floating out there, we've turned to the internet to discover 15 of the most unattractive and attractive male names according to women. From the way it sounds, to the way it feels, to the generations it's associated with, there are a lot of factors that women seem to consider when debating whether a name is attractive or not."

I'm not a sports fan but recent 📰news about NFL 🏈football player 📛Maxx Crosby made me do a double 👀👀 take — due to the two '✖✖'s in his name. 

How did Crosby gain an extra 'x' in Maxx? A bio tells the origin of, "Crosby's first name is indicative of just how big he was at birth. He weighed in at 11 pounds, 9 ounces at birth. His mom had already decided on a name for him. He was to be Max. And with his XXL birth size, she made him a Maxx."

That is such a great 📛name 📖story. 🤗 I was never aware that there were Maxs with two 'xx's in their names until now. 🤯 📛Maxx is a variation of 📛Max. Max derives from "the formal" 📛Maximilian" — which comes from 📛Maximus: a "Roman family name that was derived from Latin maximus 'greatest.'" Max's rank is pretty great at #175 in the US Top 1000. 📛Nameberry🍒 warns: Max has long been among the most popular dog names (Max is #4 for boy💙 dogs🐶)." Max also "coincides with the informal word max, short for maximum." 

I love 😍 the name 📛Maxx. Now, 📛Max the original is a nice enough, cool 😎 little name (I've always liked the longer 📛Maximilian / 📛Maximillian / 📛Maximillion 💰 however) but — the two '✖✖'s are definitely what make Maxx more magnanimous and yes — greater. 🏅

Brian Austin Green Reveals His Real Name

⏪90s 📺90210's 💓heartthrob David Silver aka Brian Austin Green — recently shared that Brian Austin Green isn't his real name. 😮

I used to be a huge 90210 fan 🙋🏾‍♀️ so this 📛name 📰news really piqued my interest. 👀 🧐What could his real name be then? Something so shockingly different? 😨 Or just the ↪first↩ and ↪middle↩ name swap of being: Austin Brian Green perhaps? 🤔

Turns out it's much more simpler. Brian Austin Green's real name is just: 📛Brian Green.

He was not given a middle name by his parents as a boy. 😕 

He gave himself a middle name as a man. 🙂

On the podcast 🎙Pod Meets World🌎 he is featured on, he tells his name story: “My mom had a whole name planned for me when she was pregnant and I had really broad shoulders as a baby, so she had a real hard time in labor. And my dad—who smoked a lot of pot at this point in life—while my mom was in the middle of labor, he came forward, and he was like, ‘Can we name him Brian?’” Joking that his mom’s reaction was, “Name him, whatever the f--- you want. Just get him out of me,” Brian continues, “That was literally the only name he came up with. He came up with no middle name, no anything. So, it was just Brian Green.”

⏩Fast forward to Brian as a young man and entering his acting career. He explains, “All of a sudden, SAG is going, ‘Yeah, there's another Brian Green in the union so you have to come up with a middle name,’” Brian recalled, later adding, “I don't think you can be in the union with the same name as somebody else. You have to have some sort of thing that differentiates so they can keep track of checks when they come in. They can monitor, they can do all the stuff that they, as a union, do."

Brian remarks on his hunt for a middle 📛 name, "Brian Green is not a very easy name to come up with a middle name for, where the whole thing flows very well. We almost named me Brian Peter Green after my mom's dad, but then my initials would have been P, so it was Brian P. Green, and they’re like, 'that’s probably not a good start.' That'll make or break a career so, we went through a bunch of names, and we ended up going through the map and Austin fit."

📛Austin certainly was the perfect fit. 👌🏾 I can't imagine Brian Peter Green 😬 as Brian Austin Green's name instead  —  it does not have that certain something that Austin has. 🤷🏾‍♀️ 📛Austin 🌟 is the name that makes Brian's entire name stand out. 

I like the name 📛Austin a lot — it's an attractive, rugged yet smooth name — and Brian Green certainly made the right choice ✅  in choosing Austin as his middle 📛 name. 👏🏾
