Adora: the most adorable name ever!

I recently came across literally the most adorable🥰 name ever: 📛Adora! 

But no it's not short for the word: Adorable! 😮 

Adora is the short form of 📛Adoracion — which means: adoration in Spanish. Behind The Name explains, "this name refers to the event that is known in Christian tradition as the Adoration of the Magi, which is when the three Magi presented gifts🎁 to the infant Jesus✝ and worshipped him." 

📛Nameberry🍒 says Adora is, "A name that would lavish your child with adoration, a princess name--as in Princess Adora of She-Ra: 👑Princess of Power." 

📍California and 📍District of Columbia are where the most Adoras live.

I love  the name 📛Adora — it's just too cute of a name especially if using it as a 👑princess name (FYI I knew of 🗡She-Ra growing up and I never realized her name was Adora! 🤯) for a little 💗girl. But it's also very precious and special if using it for the 🙏spiritual meaning behind the wonderful name.

Today I will talk about the very cheerful 😃 name that belonged to the very cute, klutzy and loveable 🥰 "Chrissy" of the sitcom 3️⃣Three's Company. 📺 The full name of Chrissy (played by the late Suzanne Somers RIP) was actually: 📛🎄Christmas Noelle Snow.❄ How incredibly delightful and special is that name?!? 😊 I've been a fan of the show since I was small and just found out years ago that 📛Chrissy = 🎄Christmas. 🤯

I love the idea of giving 📛🎄Christmas as a name. It's definitely a holiday name that would make one do a 👀double take upon seeing (a la 📛Easter 🐇). 🎄Christmas as a name is celebratory 🙌 with great spiritual significance. 🎄Christmas is first and foremost a girl's 💗 name interestingly. 🤔 But I equally like using 🎄Christmas for a boy 💙 too — with 📛Chris as the perfect nickname. 👌🏾

NAME OF THE DAY: JESUS

Happy Easter! What better name to talk about today? The name: 📛Jesus of course!      

Jesus is synonymous with the meaning of ✝ savior for those of Christian faith. Jesus is the Greek form of 📛Joshua meaning, 'the Lord saves.' In Hebrew, Jesus' name is 📛Yeshua meaning 'the Lord is salvation.' 

I don't remember if I met anyone named Jesus. I think I would have with that name. I do remember my elementary school principal's last name was 📛De Jesus. 

I am not a big fan of naming babies the name Jesus. It's such a special name and to know over 250k baby boys are named Jesus in the United States alone is shocking. It makes me go hmmm... at the intentions behind naming a son that, how pure were they? Plus, there are too many expectations to uphold bearing such a truly great name. 

The unvirtuous name 👿Lucifer on the flip side of things, is banned (not worldwide however 🤔). I think the name Jesus should have went that route as well.
