JD Vance Announces Name Of His Newborn Son

The Vice President of the United States of America, JD Vance, recently shared on Instagram the arrival of his fourth child with wife Usha Vance — a son named: 📛Alec Neel 💙 

The writer of the piece of the historic presidential baby name announcement says: "the choice may feel classic, the name Alec is far less common than it once was," and points out, "Alec’s arrival is also a rare moment in modern U.S. political history. He is the first child born to a sitting vice president in more than 150 years. The last vice president to welcome a child while in office was Schuyler Colfax, whose son was born in 1870. Alec joins older siblings Ewan, 9, Vivek, 6, and 4-year-old Mirabel."

I've always loved the name 📛Alexander 👌🏾 or any diminutive of it, so I think 📛Alec is a great name,  ✔strong (although less serious than its lengthy original name) but ✔chic (a cooler version of the already cool 😎 nickname 📛Alex).

📑Apparently, there's rumors that baby Alec's name was initially intended to something different yet very familiar to us all... Rob Shuter's Naughty But Nice hears the newborn almost had a very different—and far more political— name. “J.D. floated the idea of naming the baby 📛Donald,” one Washington insider tells Naughty But Nice. “He thought it would be the ultimate tribute to President Trump. J.D. knows the President appreciates loyalty, and he believed it would be a meaningful gesture.” According to sources, Usha wasn’t buying it. “She shut it down—politely, but firmly,” another insider reveals. “Usha wanted their son’s name to reflect their family, not make a political statement. She wasn’t about to turn her newborn into a headline before he could even walk.” 

😬 One 📛Donald in the White House (actually there are three 🤯 total: Trump, one of Trump's son's name is Donald Jr. and JD Vance's middle name is Donald! 🥴) is enough. 😅

As for Alec Vance's middle name: 📛Neel — it is a Hindi name that means "💎sapphire blue." Second Lady Usha Vance is Indian and Neel is a nice name to pay homage to her heritage.

How many Sarovers are there?

Sarover Aujla of the reality show  Love Is Blind UK (season two) believes she is the only 📛Sarover out there.

When she is in the pods meeting a potential romantic interest named Chris and they introduce themselves, he says: "I've never heard that name before in my life." 

Sarover replies: "I've actually googled my name before I do think I'm one of the only ones." 

I googled 🧐 Sarover's name too and she may just be right... I couldn't find anything on a Sarover 🤔spelled like hers beyond 📛Sarover as a surname. However, I did find a 📛Sarovar as a first name. I assumed since the two names are so similar, Sarover is a variant of Sarovar. But Sarovar is supposedly a masculine name (I would think Sarover more so because of the 'e' in it) of Sanskrit origins that means 'lake' or 'pond.' 🌊 

I like the name 📛Sarover (especially the 🔉'Sara' sounding part) because it's literally one of a kind, bonus being it's an Indian name. ✔ Hopefully Sarover Aujla finds another 📛namesake 👯 at some point in time so they can have a cool bond being one of the few women named 📛Sarover. 🤞🏾

TV CHARACTER NAME OF INTEREST: Seema

Carrie's new friend on the spin-off SATC show And Just Like That  — is 📛Seema (played by 📛Sarita Choudhury). When they first meet, she gives Carrie her business card and Carrie reads her name remarking:  

"Seema. That's such a pretty name."

"It means boundary in Hindi which is hilarious because I have none," Seema says.

Of course I had to 🔎 google the name Seema to make sure that is the correct meaning and it seems... to be.
