Saga is a Scandanvian name meaning 'seeing one.' 👁️ Saga is also a goddess in Norse mythology. Saga could have also been chosen for the Nordic roots as Mgk has Norwegian ancestry.
I really love this name. 👌🏾 I'm partial to 'S' names as is, and it's a pretty name fittingly. Plus the meaning is extra special, to be named after a goddess. 👑
I'm not the biggest fan of the middle name 📛Blade 🗡️ (it is usually a boy's name, not unisex. Interestingly, Mgk is middle name-less and always wanted Blade to be his middle name) however... but it is a fierce name for a little girl to have. 📑Btw, Mgk's oldest daughter 📛Casie, was almost named... 📛Kid 🤯 I'm not kidding! 😂
📑Mgk recently explained the meaning of Saga's name @2:00: "Her journey, the five years of her culmination of coming, disappearing, coming back again, disappearing coming back again. She is an epic story and that's what Saga means. I'm also of Norwegian heritage so that's a Nordic goddess of storytelling. So I think she has a storytelling future ahead of her."
